Cashless car wash , I had all my coins but no card- why not needs both - very inconvenient

It's says it's 24 hours on google, but the happy wash diy is not! Very disappointed about that!

Can't even use coins have to pay with card which means a minimum of $5........ it was trashed and dirty and didn't look well maintained at all....... my car would have come out dirty than when I arrived there.

Not really Happy Wash this time. As a first time customer trying to use Happy Wash self service I cannot be more disappointed with the non existing customer service. Personnel obviously knew about the problems with trying to get OTR app working in harmony with what they advertised, 50% more time with scanning the app. I tried to do so about 5 times, asked a customer in the next bay some guidance who also was having trouble and finally went to the counter since it didn’t work. I was told they scanned my barcode and I am good to go. No one wanted to come outside and help me figure it out. Well, it didn’t work. After paying for 2 sets the car was still dirty and I realised the app didn’t work after all. I was told: “ The App is not our responsibility. Since we don’t have any proof of the time you spent there, nothing we can do about it. I can contact IT but that’s not going to give you extra time.” In the future for other customers sake, please improve your customer service skills. It is not hard and goes long way.

If you have the OTR App this will be the best money value you will find in the city. Unfortunately, the barcode reader is so difficult (sometimes impossible) to use and a couple of pressure guns have no pressure as they should.
