Called to check on delivery pricing and product availability. Charelle from stratco kunda Park was super super friendly and helpful. Paid over the phone and had delivery organised within 10 minutes. My rating is for the Kunda Park staff and store and not for Stratco distribution in Brisbane. After a non delivery and no communication, I contacted Adam at Kunda Park. He and his team went above and beyond to fix" this matter and did so to my total satisfaction. Great job and thank you again."

Wife walked into the shop today and browsed while waiting for 1 of the staff members to become free. When someone got off the phone they still didn’t ask. She stood in front of 2 and after 5 minutes asked if they were free, with a ‘please wait’ response. They then got back on the phone. Walked out after more than 5 minutes without ever being served or approached. Wow

Sent out odd products, that don’t match the order also materials were left at store to pic up even though I’d had it for delivery.Gutter brackets different Profile to gutter.Stratco representative at kunda park were blunt and have left me not wanting to deal with them again.I’ll be using Metricon for future jobs
