Great Fish n Chips, would recommend the Family Box (good for 4 people = $70). Very friendly staff.Improvements:- Include cutlery with the meals, especially knives.- Expand the seating options.- Have hand sanitizer available.

Outstanding! Best fish, calamari, prawns and chips that I have had. Sensationally located directly opposite Newport Beach and parks where you simply walk across the road and sit under the tree and enjoy a magnificently cooked to perfection meal. A+++++++++++++ and we will definitely be coming back the fish in particular was superb!

Enjoyed fish and chips at Bilgola lookout from Ocean Master. We created our own basket but ordering single items, turned out cheaper than their set seafood baskets and we were able to order exactly what we wanted. Very quick service, tasty fresh fish. No salt on the fish or chips but gave small sachets to put on yourself. Overall, great lunch for our spontaneous trip.

Love Ocean Master ! Best fish & chips shop in the Northern Beaches. Good menu & pack options. Fresh seafood, crispy batter plus pineapple & banana fritter to top it off. Quick service & short walk across to Newport Beach for a great lunch !!

All the seafood was golden brown, perfectly cooked and so crunchy! The most beautiful music was playing while we were waiting for our food and the lady serving us was so kind and gentle. Would highly recommend!

The best fish and chips anywhere. Short wait times, great people. Love love everything i have had! Gonna go at least once a day before i fly back to the states. This place is exceptional.

Ordered fish and chips tonight to be served half a slice of barramundi a small chips when order large and tiny thin calamari rings for almost $100.00. I'm utterly disgusted and will never ever be eating there again. And once made a complaint they weren't interested and didn't want to hear it. There response was things have gone up in price". PUTRID!!!"

As a local, this is our favourite after school snack, our favourite grab something for the beach, our favourite fish burgers, our favourite calamari, our favourite take away fish. Not gluggy fried food, this is clean tasting and everything on the menu is delicious. Wonderful friendly service too! And great milk shakes as well.The only negative is that it can get very busy in summer and you have to wait (for me, never longer than 10 minutes) for your order. But waiting is not so hard when you can see the park and the ocean, or grab a beer from over the road to accompany your fish and chips.As a customer of over 25 years, i can only assume that the bad reviews are from competitors or, frankly, people who simply can't be pleased. I purchase from Ocean Master at least once a week and have never had a bad meal (unless you leave it in the box for too long and then it can go a bit soggy). Prices are fair given that it is fresh and if you compare with other beachside areas you will see it's value for money.A+

Excellent fish and chips. We ordered the seafood basket and everything was cooked well. Comes with fish cocktails, calamari, prawns and seafood stick. $33 is not cheap but good service and good food. Grab some takeaway then head across the road to Newport Beach and enjoy
