Excellent pharmacy. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who have been consistently helpful. The pharmacists were able to compound special prescriptions and offer expert advice to address an error from another pharmacy.

The service here is honestly shockingly fantastic.Every single experience with the staff here has been above and beyond my expectations. The staff are so kind and friendly, and extremely helpful.Every time I go in I feel like I truly matter to them, and I'm always greeted and assisted immediately.The wonderful staff create a really positive and welcoming environment, so much so that I feel even the other customers are friendlier and kinder because everyone's bring treated so well.Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. You truly make a difference and I'm so grateful you all exist.

Spoke to Tommy about a simple compounding question. Clearly he doesn’t like being asked questions! His response was extremely condescending and rude. So, if you have a question and you aren’t a regular.. don’t call here!

This has to be one of the best pharmacies in Australia. Prompt, efficient and professional they have delivered my goods within about 3 days in spite of being in the middle of COVID, etc. A great big THANK YOU to the team!

had an amazing experience at this pharmacy! I needed a compounding formula and sent in my prescription via email. Within just 3 minutes, I received a very reasonable quote for the service (much cheaper than other quotes I had received, which were $25-30 more expensive). The formula was completed in just a couple of hours, and when I arrived to pick it up, the pharmacist took the time to explain in detail how to use the container. There were two lids and a special mechanism to press to get the right amount of cream out. She even explained that the special lid" was designed to limit the amount of oxygen exposure to the formula

Staff here are unbelievably helpful, I've only been there twice, once with my mum to fulfill a script, we didn't know that if the Dr used a different type of script paper then my mum would be able to use her senior's healthcare card and save like 70 bucks, the pharmacist told us this info and wrote it down on a piece of paper so that I could take it upstairs and show it to the specialist. The second time I went there with my dad to buy a blood pressure machine, a lovely girl told us that maybe our private health fund can cover the machine and reminded us to make enquiries, turned out it was true, we saved another 99 bucks. Couldn't express enough gratitude to everyone in this pharmacy, best pharmacy ever! If i need to go a pharmacy again I will definitely go to this one.
