Carmend Smash Repairs

My Japanese import Nissan required a replacement of the bumper and tailgate. Carmend provided a courtesy car during the repair. They did a thorough and professional detailing of both the interior and exterior of the car, including cleaning the engine bay too!

My mother stop driving her car not because she didn't want to, but because she didn't feel safe to do so. But her car, a Daihatsu Coire she bought new with metallic blue paint back in 2000 was a car she loved to drive. She looked after it as it was her only way to drive the roads of Central Queensland as she was a supply Minister for the Uniting Church. Rob & the guys at Carmend took care of everything when a P Plater wiped out rear qtr of my Audi. Very professional & I was kept up to date on the progress. After getting run around and being given some completely ridiculous quotes from other repairers on the Southside I came across Carmend and I’m so glad that I did. Rob gave his opinion at the start on what needed to be done, then listened to my questions and altered the quote to better suit my financial situation. Communication to organise a booking was super easy and the repair itself was completed in half the time that I expected, and the quality of the work has resulted in the damaged parts of my old car looking almost brand new again.Can definitely see now why they have so many great reviews and I can say now from experience that Carmend have earned them.

Rob was fantastic and professional to deal with from the get-go. Really friendly guy and transparent too which is hard to find in Brisbane.What really impressed me was how fast Rob and his team worked! Dropped my car Monday evening and got a call the next morning that it was ready for pickup. Mind you this wasn’t a simple job too as the tail lights needed replacement and the panel beaten. The icing on the cake was that Rob was honest enough to tell me that the damage wasn’t as bad as they thought it would be when they started fixing my car and reduced the price further by close to $200!!!
