Melissa, Ella and Tara are superb communicators and proactive.Issues are resolved quickly.My experience with Melissa ,Ella and Tara was fantastic. My unit flooded in the torrential rain. The water was not draining fast enough from the verandah. Melissa and the team were extremely proactive and fast as well as efficient in getting thing fixed . Constant good communication was paramount.

We purchased through Steve and Rhys. They were great at organising last minute inspections for us to see the house and were very friendly. They were very transparent when we were negotiating the price as well as being transparent on the condition of the house. No sugar coating like a lot of agents do just to get the sale - we knew exactly what we were purchasing.Post sale, Steve went above and beyond to find additional information about our property which we are very appreciative of.
