Possum Patrol

I initially got someone from pest control company to do possums removal job from my home and failed simply putting a cage up in the roof, which is a useless waste of time and money ( never ask a pest control to remove a possum is not their specialty) I found PAUL online , he helped me with initially consultation over the phone text with how he will do the job and explained to me over few days even not on-site (outstanding customer service). FinallY when Paul came on-site he was able to install his tools and repair the holes on the roof. Paul deserves all the work and professionalism and don't waste time finding others to do this job , you can trust Paul.

Paul was an absolute gem of a find. He was courteous, punctual and professional. He came past during the day to fix the hole in the roof and came back at night to close off the hole so that the possum couldn't get back in. A pleasure to deal with. Paul was courteous, professional and knowledgeable at his trade. He arrived on time and listened to our problem patiently. He spent time to locate the potential entry points and came back at night to seal it up with sturdy materials (Yes, he did with no complaints and it had light rain at that night too). Most importantly our temporary guests had moved on and found better places to sleep instead of our ceiling. Possum Patrol rocks and we highly recommend Paul.

Paul scared off 2 possums from my roof and repaired the hole in the roof where they were getting in. It was very reasonably priced and Paul was lovely to deal with. He knew what he was talking about and seemed like a genuinely kind person. So glad we called him!

I cannot recommend Paul Harris highly enough. We had an ongoing issue for about 6 months trying to find the entry source and identify what was inhabiting an internal wall cavity of our house, I was recommended to use Possum Patrol after many sleepless nights and lots of frustration. I contacted Paul two days ago, he arrived yesterday, quickly identified the entry area on top of our very high flat roof and came up with a brilliant solution to close off the area yesterday afternoon. Paul set everything up ready to came back last night when knew the possum would be out of the nest and closed the area off. No need to trap and distress the possum. As promised, this morning at 5:17am I heard the possum trying to get back into it's nest without luck. A long time issue solved in less than 24 hours. Don't bother looking elsewhere, Paul is honest, reliable and provides a cost affective service. he is truly amazing. Thank you again Paul. I am so grateful for your expertise.
