After much indecisiveness on our behalf we choose the colour and style Jacob had recommended in our very first meeting! The team were great from start to finish. First we had carpet chosen but because of the COVID circumstances the Victorian manufacturer had decided they weren't going to produce it any time soon, they just hadn't advised the retailers beforehand. Marcia, Jasmin and Marie worked as a team to help us find an alternative that was even better than our first choice. It was installed quickly by a great bunch of guys which rounded out the professionalism of the team. The whole team and experience has been great from start to finish especially so, during the COVID period and its restrictions.

Would highly recommend, everyone at the store were super helpful after we made a couple of trips there to decide what flooring we wanted. Installed QuickStep laminate floors on our stairs and upstairs areas, very happy with the final product and installation. Our floors look fantastic. Price was also the best as we received several quotes from businesses in the area, some of which were charging at least 50% more.

We have nothing but praise for this company. Marcia personally came out to our house with carpet samples to help us decide on what we needed to transform and modernise our home. Once we had chosen our carpet, Marcia was able to help us with choosing our paint colours to tone beautifully with the carpet. Because of COVID we had a delay in obtaining our carpet from NZ but it was well worth the wait and we absolutely love what Marcia has helped us achieve. Marcia and her staff are very helpful, nothing was too much bother and we were kept up to date on when our carpet would eventually arrive. The carpet layers were very professional and did an outstanding job laying the carpet. We would highly recommend Carpet Culture Flooring Xtra at Caringbah for all your flooring needs. Thank you Marie and Marcia.UPDATE: although we are extremely happy with the hybrid flooring downstairs, the carpet that was recommended to be installed is not fit for purpose and the after sales support has been underwhelming.We have two dogs, and we spent considerable time talking about them and the things to consider when choosing the right carpet within our constraints. Carpet Culture went against the recommendation of their own website and advised us to choose a loop pile carpet which is not suitable for pets. Instead of taking ownership of their mistake or attempting to negotiate a solution, their only response was to attempt an up-sell, and provide contradictory responses and false assumptions in their correspondence with us.We do not believe this mistake was done maliciously, however we were disappointed that they did not take any responsibility for their error or attempt to meet us half way.
