My partner booked me into Gordon for my birthday. I've suffered with back, neck and shoulders pain for around 10 years. Most recently I've been experiencing bad headaches, tention and stress.Additionally, my posture has become so bad that my shoulders were rounded and my neck in a foward position.45 mins with Gordon and unbelievably I walked out of there with a completely upwrite posture, pain free and a feeling of absolute bliss. We went shopping after and I actually had my 'strut' back and a natural confidence that comes with good posture. I asked my 11 year old daughter if I looked different and she instantly replied yes
