QUBE Resort

Stay away from this place. 3 days after we departed, we received a phone call that they were charging us extra fees. After a few hours, they come back to us and going to charge us even more for a burst pipe which happened when we left the hotel. The state of the building is not good. Leaking during our stay and the carpets were not clean. The manager Jo and the Building Manager Nick probably got an unhappy owner and wants us to foot the bill to fix the owner's apartment! Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off. They need to get an insurance and claim it from their insurance for burst pipe which happens with or without people staying. Also, I probably need to charge them a consultation fee since it doesn't need a genius to know that their apartment or probably the whole building has plumbing issue. As the pressure of water was too high, no doubt pipe will burst. Not much parking in the basement as well. Waste of time. If you are an event organiser, please stay away and don't book here as they don't take responsibility and just keep on ripping people off. Keep charging and no customer service at all. No one answers during after hours as well. Then after 3 days will call you and charge you for burst pipe and make you as an escape goat for their shortcomings. I have a feeling that the apartment owner wasn't happy. Please stay away from this building event organisers. There were too many complaints when I stayed there, there was another lady waiting for the manager and I doubt the manager Jo has resolved it.

We stayed for 7 nights. Apartment was spacious & good views from 37th floor. Air conditioner in living area was noisy, reported on day 1 however not fixed. Had problems with the door lock, reported it & was fixed. The living area only had sheer curtains so very bright. Carpets needed cleaning. Great shower. Quiet apartment. Pool area was ok. Great location.

I stayed here for 4 nights last week. Never again. I paid extra to have a part ocean view only to find my balcony was adjacent a building site and the digger noise was basically all day every day. I never opened the balcony door once. Only one role of toilet paper and not even a box of tissues. I bought some cleaning spray and cleaned everything because it did not appear thoroughly clean, although I am very particular. I washed all the dishes in the dishwasher before use because a couple of dishes in the cupboard were dirty. They just do not have high enough standards here for the price. I am especially annoyed at having booked direct with no warning on their site of the building noise next door which starts up before 7am.

Staying at one bedroom apartment with ocean view for 4 nights for my best friend wedding, the room is so spacious , clean and the amenities are great.Haven't try the gym and the pool but i went to see them and it was great too and cleanThe location is superb.. went to shopping at Oasis shopping center and to Pacific Fair near by and spent couple nights at casino. All within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants.Beauty salons also close proximity

Highly recommend Qube Resort. We had stayed there last week for three nights. Booking directly through the Resort was easy. Excellent customer service, staff at the Reception are very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our apartment (#190) had a balcony with lovely city view and partial ocean views. Rooms are big with comfortable beds, clean toilets, beautiful open kitchen with all necessary utensils. Perfect location..... couldn't be any better. Special thanks to Matthew and Victoria. We will definitely return.

It's time for the Qube to start supplying more than one roll of toilet paper in the rooms. Especially, when the rooms are 400+ per night. It's been an ongoing issue for the last two years. I also found a used soap bar in the shower which suggests it was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Photo attached.

After 3 nights here we found it to be a beautiful place to stay. Oasis shopping centre is 5 mins walk with heaps of eateries on the way. Rooms are spacious and furniture/bed very comfortable. Everything you might ever need is at your fingertips. The pool, games and bbq areas are spectacular. Our only issue was that we were on the 8th floor, on the side of the building. The traffic noise was very loud day and night. The only sun we had was in the afternoon through the bedroom window, nothing in the living areas at all. Also, the building works directly outside our deck, are allowed to operate from 6.30am-6.30pm...horrendously loud! These are minor problems considering the location and quality of this place.

I was very disappointed with the stay at QUBE. After researching a number of places in Broadbeach to travel to (to celebrate a special occasion), we settled on QUBE. It was not cheaper than other places and it does not look anything like the photos. They provided one roll of toilet paper (for a room $400+ per night), no hair dryer and the pool, sadly was not even worth spending time at. I would advise staying elsewhere.

I am here currently and strongly recommend not coming here. Firstly, the pool is freezing and secondly I asked for the air conditioning unit to be looked at in the bedroom 4 days ago, due to it making a loud noise. I was told they would arrange a service on the air conditioning unit. Four days later I am still waiting and needless to say the unit is making a loud noise and keeping us up most of the night

Poor wifi and couldn't connect it for more than 10 mins then dripped again. I came for a business conference in March 2023 and could not do much work during my stay. Apartment was very clean but there was no hair dryer until I asked for it.
