Thanks to Matt and the team at Roo Roofing for the prompt and professional service in the repairing of the Storm Damaged and Leaking Roof a few months ago, at the home my elderly mother lives in.We were provided with an assessment and detailed quote of the work to be carried out and explained clearly the various options to allow the work to fit within our budget.The repair was carried out within 10 days and I was very impressed with the meticulous prep work and cleaning before the roof coating was applied.I would highly recommend this business for any roof repairs or maintenance.

Roo roofing have recently completed a roof and gutter replacement at our home.I congratulate Matthew and the team for a professional service which included excellent communication, professional workmanship, efficiency, an emphasis on safety, and responsibility for the BA approvals and documentation.The company appears well resourced and able to source solutions when some latent conditions presented with our Queenslander home.The contract was clear and the timeframes were met, allowing for some wet weather.They cared about our property and their product and it is greatly appreciated.

I have just had my roof replaced by Roo Roofing. I had it booked in for approx 6 months. In those 6 months there was so much rain that we thought they were well behind. Roo Roofing started work on our roof basically when they promised 6 months earlier. The job was done quickly and efficiently with no disruption to us. The organisation was perfect and it all flowed so well as I need solar removed and replaced again and the temporary scaffolding. They are a great well run and smooth business. We were so so happy with the professionalism. I honestly would highly recommend them to anyone.

Damien was wonderful from the first phone call. He explained lot of things in detail which was totally alien to me. Explained the difference between replacing tiled roof with tiles or changing to colorbond. Excellent communication and fair and transparent pricing. Unfortunately, my insurance did not allow me to use third party contractors for my roof replacement and I have to sadly say no to Roo Roofing.I will highly recommend them just based on communication experience and open and transparent pricing.

Roo Roofing did a terrific job replacing our 71 year old tile roof with Colorbond steel (plus insulation and new gutters). Steve, Sam and all the guys were just excellent - punctual, hard working, friendly, and tidy. The entire thing was less stressful than I had been expecting, with a baby at home, which was a real plus.And now we have a roof that looks great, gutters that work, and a spare room that no longer leaks! It's made our house look so much fresher and modern. Plus, Roo was very transparent about all anticipated costs, there were no hidden variations, and it was a competitive price compared to other quotes we received.

We have just had our roof replaced as a result of the October 2020 hailstorm at Springfield Lakes and we couldn't be happier with the work completed by Matthew and the crew. Our house is architect designed and not exactly your standard job but Roo Roofing rose to the challenge magnificently! From first contact, through quoting and completion of the work the level of communication was excellent. We were kept informed of progress and delays in material supplies. The crew turned up when they said they would and all work was completed exactly on schedule. Our new Colorbond roof looks a million times better than the old one and the attention to detail on the installation is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roo Roofing to anyone that is looking for roof work from minor gutter repairs to full blown re-roofing. Thank you guys!

From start to finish Damien at Roo Roofing was easy to talk to about all things roof and provided honest feedback when i asked him if the gutters needed replacing which he advised no. I had 2 other roof quotes and they both advised to replace the gutters which i was doubtful of having only painted them 3 years ago. Out of the 3 quotes i completed for a new Colourbond Roof, Roo Roofing were the most competitive by far.
