My partner and I found Mitch on Google after a few negative interactions with other brokers, especially with lack of communication and very slow response times. However upon initial meeting we knew Mitch was the broker for us! His response times were quick and we felt supported throughout the whole process especially with buying a rural property.

With this being our first home purchase, it was at times a very intimidating process before we even started our journey. Dealing with Mitch over email, text and phone conversations made this process so much easier than we could have imagined. We were put onto Mitch by our home loan advisor at our bank when we were in the process of purchasing our first home.Mitch was amazing to deal with from the very start. He explained things clearly and happy to clarify points we didn’t understand. He also didn’t make us feel silly at any time if we had difficulty in understanding a process.He is very transparent and for every stage of our loan he explained what was going on and also the reasons behind it. He went into detail with the justifications he has to make as a broker to be above board which we were impressed by.There were some delays with our loan as far as some of the first home government schemes took a bit longer than expected due to volume but Mitch kept us in the loop which reassured us.We have now settled into our first home and can’t think Mitch enough for his help.We would happy to recommend Mitch and his services to anyone.
