Thank you so much to Michelle & Tania for their fabulous service when my 9 year old got her ear pierced. They were both so patient and caring, especially when we needed to go back after my daughters earring got knocked out. Highly recommend

My partner went in asking for something and the server told her she’d be back and went and served someone else. I went in and asked for olaplex and I wasn’t given an opportunity to talk about the product and the staff apart from the one girl behind the register were incredibly rude, seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Won’t go back.

Had such a positive experience with the hairdresser working today, only had a wash, blow dry and straighten but left feeling thoroughly looked after. Her attention to detail was impeccable.

Very easy process. Happy to deal with this store. The sales lady that was in the store had not received my online order, but she got my items straight away without a fuss.I will be buying my items from that store again.May I say the products I purchased smell amazing. Very happy with my purchase and I love that they offer click and collect.Thats how I like to shop.

Sunday about 1230 went into Westfield store to get my regular hair products the staff were so rude when l handed my membership card told me not to bother with that l wont be back l would prefer to pay more and get at least a smile l wish l had of walked out and left my purchase but lm to good for that

I went in today. I was beyond anxious because I had dyed my hair at home and needed a tonner as I had run out. I hate going in because hairdressers are always super judgy and treat you like trash if you dye at home but not the girl I got today. She was kind polite and super helpful. I feel bad because I forgot to get her name but I wanted to say thanks for making me feel safe.

Had a tint done for regrowth and Donna was fabulous. Thoroughly recommend. Would return but I was just visiting Geelong for 2 weeks.

Was treated kindly spoken to in a friendly manner and felt welcome! Hairhouse has come a long way! All the ladies were super polite helped me choose the right products and even reassured me my idea if home bleach bath would work well! I'll be back for all my hair needs thank you!!
