Have delt with this company a couple of times now and have had no issues. Would be happy to continue to deal with them.

I've got a old large (authentic security torch) mag light that takes the big round batteries & it has the old bulb installed & I wanted to know if they can get the newer bulbs that are brighter?Also I have a cheaper type small maglite which holds a spare bulb in the back & it doesn't have an on off switch & it looks like the head needs to be turned to turn it on & off but it could be one solid piece as I dont think its authentic maglite product. I've put new bulb in but just won't turn on because I can't turn the head" of this torch. Could be made in Asia & bodgy

Honestly one of the best affordable handheld uv lights out, very small which I was a bit surprised about but is great on distance. 5/5 was so good I bought 2!

Great range and prices, even better customer service! I was accidentally sent a torch of the same model but with a different colour LED and they quickly sent a postage return label and got the right torch in the mail to me. The replacement torch arrived with a free 18650 battery to make up for the mistake.... Bright Nite is now my goto supplier for torches and accessories!

Brightnight are great to shop with, highly recommend them. I have bought off them 4 times now and each time they have been great. One time the post lost the torch and a number of batteries in transit, britenight were very quick to look into it when I inquired, and due to the postal system being unable to locate it in a decent time period, britenight volunteered to send me the order again, this time express postage at their cost-excellent customer service. The torches they sell are good quality units which perform great.

Ordered a Zebralight headtorch that was on sale, got it within normal shipping times and found a a Jetpower 3500ma/h 18650 had been sent as well.I didn't order the battery so assumed it was perhaps a free gift for my first purchase from the company.I got my hopes up because I thought I was going to be able to use the headlamp that evening with the included battery.After charging the battery at the 5v 1ah rate, I tried the battery in the headlamp and nothing.After contacting Bright Nite about the battery and questioning whether it was even mean to be included, I was told it wasn't mean to be (they stuffed the order, or someone else's order) and suggested I check the voltage and try a 5v 2ah charger if the battery wasn't faulty.After checking the voltage on a multimeter it showed 0.24v, aka dead battery.I me rioted to the staff member who replied that if the battery wasn't meant to be sent and that it's faulty. I guess that means that's that, Right?^^^ A question I never got a reply to, so the answer is clearly yes, no loss, no gain.3 stars for stuffing up my or someone else's order, which got my hopes up and then the poor communication at the end as well as NO CONTACT NUMBER to sort out issues or to ask about the battery being sent within a timely manner.P.s.I'm being generous giving 3 stars, nothing about this sale was special or any different to any other genuine online retailer in Aus.
