$61 for a 7x4 flat green waste only trailer double what I normally pay! 1 person counting cans as slow as a 2 year old. Understaffed and not a care in the world. Man who served me was to busy getting the stray cats to come into the office to eat and sitting down than helping get the work done. Won't be be back

Not happy took 1 large green garbage bag with household rubbish to dump pulled up bloke looked what I had he said no charge. ( I was willing to pay ) another person came over while I was dumping my garbage bag asked me if I checked in asked if I paid I said there was no charge, he told me I had to pay and tried to say I dumped more than I had then charges me $26 for my 1 bag of rubbish what a ripoff

Just dropped off a whole car full of bottle/cans (predominantly cans). Marcus Jallah asked if I've counted them. I said no. Total of $39.50. Very under counted. Although Marcus was polite he handed me the money almost expecting push back. Either count your stuff or go to Thornton's Recycling Depot, I didn't count, gave them less bottles than this time and got $50+.Edit: thanks for the reply, I'll keep that in mind.

Attended a few times in the past and always found that they have undercounted the bottles, and attended recently(specifically counted all the bottles beforehand), but wasn’t asked the number of bottles before I dropped them off. When it came to getting the cash they again gave me less than I brought in, and when I questioned it, and another staff member came up they said there’s nothing that can be done since they counted it all, and next time to tell them the number of bottles in advance. Second staff member was quite rude as well.

Great place and the guys down there were super friendly even though we got there 10 mins before knock off now it could've been because of the hottie I was with was wearing a super short skirt and a short top but either way they were quick and professional. I won't hesitate in going back and will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thanks

1st time amount didn't feel right but I let it go.2nd time I counted most of the bottles and guess what... they ripped me off by around $10

Counter staff were polite, albeit hard to find. Price, however, was over the top. $150 for a trailer load seems excessive given recent experiences in other tips, and a skip would have been cheaper and easier.
