Absolute rubbish. Went there to get a screen protector which I paid about $70 for including installation. They said if there was ever any bubbling or lifting they would replace it so long as there was no physical damage. Next day I went back at there was dust/bubbling underneath the screen protector. I asked them to replace it to which they agreed so I left my phone there and continued with my shopping. Upon return the employee was handing back my phone and he told me how much it would cost. I was baffled as to why he was even mentioning a price because it was their fault that the screen protector was in the state that it was and no fault of my own. I refused to pay again for their mistake however they wouldn't give me my phone back unless I did. They employee ending up removing the screen protector and giving me my phone back without a screen protector and did not give me my money back either. Now I go to PTC which is a couple kiosks down just passed flight centre. Extremely happy with PTC and their honouring of their replacement guarantees. Would strongly recommend going to PTC and not HappyTel
