Betta electrical were prepared to negotiate on the price.I found the sales team to patronising, loud and more focussed on dealing with my husband. He was not the decision maker. This is such an old fashioned approach and very disappointing especially when other women treat you that way. The team need to improve their customer service if they want to improve their bottom line.

Purchased a fridge here.haier brand.broke down 3 months later.fridge wasnt damaged at all and was loaded and handle very well from the staff.must have been a manufacturing error.could not contact haier and are still on a waiting list to have the fridge repaired ... but these guys replaced the fridge asap.Could recommend these guys..But def not the brand haier as too hard to contact them.hopefully this one last longer than a couple of months..thank you team at betta..

one of the items I purchased today was a MINICUBE-B DIMPLEX OPTIFLAME PORTABLE ELECTRIC FIRE GLOSS BLACK 1 159.00 159.00. this item does not meet the standard I was looking for so I will be returning it to the store, and purchasing an air conditioner instead, but on the whole I found my experience shopping at Batta in Cooma today was a very rewarding time thank you.

Popped in to purchase an electric stove on clearance. The store was a buzz with customers. Staff were having a laugh.We were served by staff member Kay and asked us what was ourbudget and what we were wanting. Once we explained our situation Kay talked us out of spending unnecessary money and guided us into purchasing something for just under $70 but did the same job saving us $550.Thank you for thinking of your customers! Great service. Highly recommend Betta Electrical, Cooma.
