installation and service was initially good, 2 years on all 3 of our exterior roller blinds have had a sticking manual strap. I have called and left messages on the phone but have had no reply. All i want is some advice on how to fix the problem.

19/09/22. Despite paying my deposit on 23/05/22 for an outdoor blind, I am still waiting (was told it would be 8wks) and there is no response to phone calls, e-mail and text message.Very poor customer service:(20/09/22. I visited the store today and was informed that my blind had been in the warehouse for approx 2mths. It was installed finally.Great product but the customer communication could be improved on...

We purchased plantation shutters for 4 large windows around 5 months ago. We've experienced issues with the company from the install. Communication was poor and workmanship could have been better.A wall was damaged during the install and had to be repaired. After a few weeks we discovered one of the closing mechanisms on one of the shutters is not working correctly. After many phone calls (and apparently no one working for extended periods of time) we finally got someone out to look at the problem and they confirmed the section is damaged. This was over a month ago. We are still waiting. No solution given.We spent almost $5000 with this company and wish we had chosen another company. Easy fix - order a new section of shutter for that section. This could have been resolved with much better communication and professionalism months ago.

So stoked with the result and most of all the service from Daniel!! We needed blinds in a hurry and Daniel bent over backwards and had them done and installed even faster than what was originally expected. The quality and workmanship is amazing! I will definitely recommend these guys in the future, and if you're on the hunt for outdoor blinds, do yourself a favour and contact these guys. Well priced, great advice and top product!
