Order my item from JDM accessories recently and was extremely happy. There was a slight delay in delivery due to stock but after an email, I was advised it would be sent once stock arrived and also given an ETA. As advised, my product arrived in the time advised and I couldn't be happier and packaged well. Thank you Marcus for your prompt reply and would definitely recommend and deal with them again.

Terrible business. Can’t call them and don’t hear back when you email about ordering products. The site has an issue when you try to purchase with PayPal. Don’t bother ordering as who knows if you’re actually going to get it as you can’t get hold of them. I’d say they are closing shop!

I've bought a variety of items from JDMaccessories over the years, Marcus has constantly delivered a fantastic customer experience, with a few errors (on my part) they were sorted easily and immediately. I've made some larger purchases that took an extended manufacturing & freight time and I was always kept up to date and informed of the process and time frames. This sort of communication and transparency is becoming rarer in modern times, and these positive experiences will ensure i continue to go back to Marcus @ jdmaccessories time and time again!

Purchased a set of aftermarket headlights came in great condition, delivered in short time. Customer service is absolutely flawless, best I've ever dealt with. Essentially instant replies even on weekends, cannot fault.10/10 would recommend.

I'm from the UK and ordered a few parts for my car on here. Items were shipped out and delivered quicker than I expected, considering the distance. Marcus was extremely helpful throughout the buying experience and even after when fitting my parts. He was always available to give help and advice. Highly recommend them for all your JDM parts!

I was blown away with the responsiveness of the support team that they have there, I made a mistake on an order and it was all resolved, credited and new order placed in the matter of 15-20 minutes.I was a first time customer but I will always be checking if JDMaccessories have the parts I'm after prior as their service levels make you want to do business with them again.

Terrible company. They advertise a product for sale and once you purchase it they will fail to send any updates for over a month. Chased it up and was told the order was being manufactured (there was nothing about manufacturing lead times on the website for said item). I thanked them for their response and happily waited longer just to be refunded and left wondering why. No updates and no answers to my questions. Terrible customer service, good luck receiving your order!

Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I messaged the company on Monday night to confirm availability and placed my order then and there c-style headlights). I was surprised to see the order turn up later that week on Friday.The quality is excellent and fitment was straightforward and easy.Could not recommended JDM Accessories enough!! Can’t wait to order more parts soon!
