Reporting in on my seven months doing the LifeShape program.The main thing I have to say is that the entire team are all there to facilitate your weight loss journey (lame wording but true) nothing is too hard and appointments are a breeze, which is entirely necessary to make sure the appointments are easy to get to.The meal replacements are all absolutely superb. I have tried quite literally every meal replacement available and the genius who came up with the life shape range deserves a lot of credit. I cracked into the chocolate bars at the start of my program and ate mountains of the chocolate ones and while they cost a few bucks they are delicious and keep you full which no other widely available bar or shake actually does.7 months in and 11.9kg down with lots of life improvements that have now become habits, which I guess is the whole point of this program!I am such a fan of this company, it has quite literally changed my life and shape.

LifeShape clinic was my last hope in terms of weight loss. The team of dieticians here are the most passionate, knowledgeable and just wonderful professionals. Every single one of them understands goals and there has never been an issue that they could not solve. They have guided me through my journey and it has been one of the most amazing experiences, healing my relationship with food and helping me to slowly and healthily achieve my goals! The admin staff are also wonderful and there is not an issue they cannot fix, so understanding. The whole LifeShape team is just phenomenal, I cannot say enough good words about them!

Disappointing experience. My daughter entered a 6 month program and as it concludes I am saddened to report that little has changed for her. My overall feeling is that there is a complete lack of accountability. In the final report outlaying her achievements most of it can be disputed. There has been NO weight loss.

While the dieticians and administration team are amazing the upper management are horrendous. Due to financial stress I had to cancel my program and I'm now having to wait 6 weeks to get a response. I wasn't given a copy of the cancellation terms and conditions until after I cancelled which is a matter I have taken to the department of fair trade. Nothing was actually explained to me in terms of what is and isn't refundable and when things will happen. I absolutely did lose my temper and for that I'm sorry.Unless you are 100% certain you can commit to 12 months do not sign up.

I can't stop recommending this place to anyone and everyone. The MOST professional staff I have ever come across and the program has fully transformed my life. 15 kgs down, I am much happier and feel I have the tools to keep it off for life. Head on in if you want to address the root cause of your weight gain, learn strategies to deal with it, and have your body, health and overall well-being improve a thousand-fold.

Clinicians try their best but do not cope with difficult issues. Older lady at front desk of main clinic was actually a bit rude when I questioned results. They should really have an endocrinologist on staff to check they are doing correct thing by client. Not worth money spent. They also do not handle allergies well. By adhering to their reactions I experienced a severe allergic reaction.

Life shape has been life changing, I have really enjoyed working weekly with my dietitian Zoë. Th program has transformed and given me a new outlook on life. Highly recommended to anyone looking to make a health change in their life. Life shape is a collaborative supportive team that all work together to ensure the clients reaches their goals.
