Tech House Toombul - IT Repairs & Solutions

The Tech House staff were awesome over the couple of months helping me pick my PC parts and giving recommendations and all the above, I am very pleased on how my PC came out special thanks to Matt and Kav for all the help.

Andy had super amazing customer service, top half of my phone wasn’t working, had the screen fixed in under 15 minutes plus screen protector, definitely would recommend for your phone needs, also had a heap of really cool tech stuff. Super knowledgeable on everything. Thanks again for your services !

I went into to get my iPhone 7 plus screens repaired. Andy and Matt we both extremely friendly and made sure that my phone got fixed correctly. When i went back in to collect it they showed me that everything and unlike some companies tested in front of me which gave great peace of mind. Overall a great place to go and honestly the work they do is amazing and they have such a good attitude about it.

As mother of 3 kids I have no idea about IT computer stuffs. I have gone to couple IT shop at toombul one took 2 months to get back to me and other one no one came approached to me.Thank goodness Andrew save my life. He is super amazing customer service, take his time to explain to me as if its worth fixing or not. I am straight to point so he was as well which I love. It definitely would recommend everyone to go to the shop. Im getting computer, phone, accessories everything from this shop from now on as budget and customer service unbelievable.Heaps knowledgeable on everything. Thanks again for your service.

Matt helped to select parts to build my gaming PC. When we ordered the parts they were in the shop a couple of days later. He then spent three hours patiently building the PC while explaining what each part did. He was very particular with cord management which is really important due to the RGB components being on display within the case. It is everything that I wanted and I am very thankful to Matt for spending so much time with me making sure I was happy with it. Can't recommend his shop and service enough.

Matt did an amazing job on my build, I'm pleased with how the build came out in the end. All the staff at Tech House was really friendly and helpful. I would high recommend going and checking them out.

I've been to a few repair places and these guys are the best by a long way. High quality work, fast, competitively priced, and super super knowledgeable and friendly. I had a tricky job and Andy and Ross went the extra mile for me. Couldn't fault them and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Outstanding.....friendly well-priced service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, my laptop issue was resolved at a very reasonable price, I collected it a day after dropping it into the store ( the holdup was games night on Thursday night). I am very impressed - Highly recommended. Matt dealt with my problem, told me in terms I could understand what had caused the problem, and recommended possible future improvements. I agree with previous comments, professional and dedicated to providing the best customer experience possible. Don't go anywhere else!

I thought I would have to replace my laptop but after Andrew finished with it, it's like I have a brand new one. Works at great speed and smoothly.I can't fault these guys' amazing customer service and a big shout out especially to Andrew for his endless patience putting up with my sometimes stupid questions, and for his professionalism, though never lacking great humor.I have found everyone in this place to be friendly, and always willing to help and I recommend it unreservedly.CheersOdette
