No service here! I first booked my car in as my Tucson driver's door would not open and my mechanic, Little Mtn Mechanical, said it would need a new actuator under warranty. First visit to Sunco I told them the problem and booked in for 11 am on 5 Aug. At 12.30 after waiting an hour and a half I was told they had to order the part from Sydney. Duh! To cut a long story short, after 3 visits my door now opens but I'll be quite happy when the warranty runs out so that I will never have to visit there again.

I got a great car but Sunco where well below average when it came to customer service. I arrived to pick up my car 1 day after i was told it was ready and it was far from ready...Not only was it not ready to drive away, i had to argue the fact that the car had already been paid for whilst the non believing sales staff glared at me like i was the one that didn't know what was going on even when my bank account was clearly 25K lighter. I asked to have a tow bar fitted, didn't happen. The car i bought had been recalled and asked for proof of recall maintenance i was told that wouldn't be a problem, didn't happen. I was told i have to take it back to Sunco for service or my warranty would be voided, not true...As long as it is a certified log book service my warranty stands. Very disappointing Sunco, will not be going back unless i have to claim on my warranty, fingers crossed that never happens...

Put my wives Holden commodore in for a routine 105k service ( not a major one ) yesterday was told to arrive at 8 .00 am we dropped it off at 7 . 45 am . Went back at 1.45.pm and still not done .My wife then waited a further 1 hour before the car was ready . We asked them to check 2/3 items in addition to the service and they reported on those items but did not do them and told us we would have to come back to get them fixed REALLY 7 HOURS !! and still can't do the work !! Do they know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place ? So the upshot is i won't be going back to this place , and yesterday was going to talk about upgrading to a new model as well , guess what that won't be happening either . Nice work Sunco !!

I had a smooth and easy experience buying and servicing my polo.In particular Aaron went out of his way on multiple occasions to help with my unexpected delays. Even answering his mobile on leave to help. I felt in good hands through the whole process and highly recommend this service and dealership.The service team were very accommodating too, dispite my car being late to service. They saw it quickly, with no fuss.Big thanks to everyone, would highly recommend.

Rang at 8am to get headlight bulb replacement for leased vehicle was able to get work ute in at 10am. Still waiting at 12 lunchtime. Is it really hard to get a light bulb replaced on a vehicle i am not allowed to do anything to.

Just taken my car for a 2nd opinion and found out these grubs having been pretending to fix my car for months. Also left a service with no oil in my car. Absolutely disgusting.

I booked my car in for a regular service. Now three trips back in a little over a week and almost $4000 spent on 'essential replacements', there are more problems with my car now than when I first brought it in.Now I have to take it back AGAIN for them to fix a problem they caused (unplugging my ABS) which had never been a problem until I got in my car after they had done more work.

The customer service appeared to be great... until it all went pear shaped.I was hoping on a moral and trustworthy experience - a pretty standard expectation this day and age, but certainly didn't get it.Whilst I was 100% honest and upfront with Sunco, they were not with me and got me to sign a contract even though they knew I was still looking at other cars, and even though they knew I was in a rush and wasn't reading the contract.Well wasn't I a fool to trust them. There is a cooling off period" they say - "in case you like the other car more". They forgot however to mention they won't give your full refund back. Even though they know you are rushing and not reading.Not ethical business operations at all.Please - read this.I will ensure that I tell anyone and everyone I know to NEVER EVER go anywhere near this company or any of their subsidiaries. No matter what you say they will do their best to rip you off.Please do your research and (GOOGLE) them. Look at ALL the negative reviews like this

Just thought I would let people know their extended warranty is not worth the paper it is written on .If you have more than one repair you can not do seperate claims for each repair. Which you are entitled to by the warranty 5 claims of $500 each claim .They do them as all one claim and you pay the balance .How dodegy is that .Also do not ask them to look at anything that is wrong with your car when it is getting serviced they will charge you $75 an hour .They do not inform you of this when you book it in .Also I have called them 7 times in regards to my warranty no one has even bothered .to return my callI am sure if I bought an 80,000 dollar car i would have got a call back.Would never recommend purchasing a car from this car yard .

I really don’t like to write bad reviews but every time I have anything to do with Sunco Holden I’m always left feeling really disappointed. Being a mother who works full time with a small baby makes it hard to have flexibility when getting my car to them. After my car was serviced last time I was left outside in the car park with my infant daughter, no petrol left in my car, my petrol light was even on, but nobody said anything when I collected my keys. I had almost half a tank when I left it with them that morning for a service. Today I was left in the waiting room for over an hour only to be told that my car could not be done, as it was booked in incorrectly (by staff) for something they need another company to do. Even though I told the staff member what exactly needed to be done to the car. There was no sorry from anyone, I’m just told to rebook. I booked this appointment several days ago, there is no baby seat on their courtesy bus so I can’t use it. So I have to get someone to watch my daughter every time I need anything done to my car with them. Is it because my car is under warranty that my customer care is always so low ?.
