I am incredibly happy with the service we were given. We brought our young rabbit in, who was checked out by Dr Emma, who was incredibly knowledgeable about our concerns with E.C and was able to answer any and all of our questions and concerns regarding such. She listened incredibly well and preformed the appropriate physical assessment on our rabbit which I was very happy too see, as our past vet experience was lacking that.Green cross vet is affordable and takes the appropriate steps to ensure the wellbeing of their animals.I 100% recommend green cross vet and will be returning with our future pets without doubt in my mind that our concerns will be taken seriously and the proper steps will be taken to ensure their health and well being is well.Thank you, please keep up the amazing work!

I can’t believe how reception staff at this clinic are so rude they need more training on people skills.

Monty has had a few health problems lately, an operation on his eye and a sore leg. Dr Emma has been amazing. Honest, informative and friendly. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have her looking after our much loved pet.

rang the vet this morning for an appointment - reception staff was very helpful and very kind and informative - helped me make an appointment at White Hills as Kangaroo Flat had no vet today - that was ok as I could still get my dog looked at - I go to Kangaroo Flat Greencross Vets regularly and have always been very impressed by their help and I find the costs are very good as well - thanks Greencross Vets Kangaroo Flat

Unprofessional beyond belief. My mid-70 year old father came in today to enquire about a health check for my cat, who is due to fly overseas to reunite with me. Copped a real ear-bashing from the vet asking him how he could ‘be so cruel’. My cats in perfect health (vet would even know that, dad didn’t bring the cat in - was just making enquiries). Yes, travel can cause stress, but thousands of pets do it every day. Don’t you think I did my research before I decided to put my kitty through it and forked out all that money. The vet never even bothered to ask for details about the cat, just chewed dad out and gave a 70 year old man an anxiety attack and had him in tears.No professional service or advice was rendered, only uniformed judgement. Next time they should keep their personal views to themselves! Disgusted in your small minded, uneducated practice.

Attended GreenX with our new kitten and found everyone so kind and caring. Didn’t cost an arm and a leg either. Excellent advice was given for the care of our new little kitty and we look forward to working with them to keep her healthy and happy for many years to come.
