Disgusting service!!! Attended at store 12.09.2022 and was looking forward to some pampering. Was willing to spend a lot of money and have several treatments done. Did not acknowledge me until prompted. Asked what I wanted in a blunt manner. Did not expand on products or services. Vision impaired which i explained and it was an inconvenience to her to show me the brochure. You would think that a service that did not have clientele lining up out the doors would be more friendly. Rude, arrogant and no customer service skills! Took my money to the shop next door instead!! Do NOT recommend!

I visited on 13/09/2022 and was attended to by a highly skilled and competent beauty practitioner. The lovely lady had a challenging time to perm my lashes however I am thrilled with her expert work. I will be back and have told my work colleagues where I went. I can't wait to try the other services they have on offer. Keep it up and thank you.

She explained the reasons why she was shaping them the way she did, and let me know throughout the whole process what she was doing.
