This place has everything just about. Not impressed at the pricing it’s expensive for homewares stuff but these products I purchased. You would have thought I’d get at least on for the cheaper marked price. No we did not. So wrong and confusing. (See photo)I also bought some jars once and the lady owner said they are cheap must be wrong price snd tried to lift price on me. Not cool to do that to regulars

Lovely staff and the shop is like Disneyland, so much variety and so much fun!

I had been shopping there for a long time, and was happy with the products. Until one day, when the lady shop assistant totally embarrassed me by telling the other customers in line that I had to see how much money I had, with sarcasm; whilst I was getting my money out of my wallet to pay for my items. She also told them that I might take a while. I felt quite unhappy with this lady's service, and I didn't expect her to treat me; a regular customer for 4 years; with such disrespect. As a regular customer, I spent a lot of time and money there, but after this I am sorry to say that I won't be shopping there anymore. Good customer service comes first in business, and FDB's is now lacking this. I can also get the same items they sell online.

I saw a review of this shop which was written previously. It said My review is just of the owner as an untrustworthy salesman". This review by another customer is perfect. If you have a problem with an item bought there he does not take any responsibility for this. He says "look

Went to buy a couple of birthday cards and noticed the $10 minimum spend for EFTPOS. I questioned whether this was reasonable given most people don't carry much cash these days. The owner's advice? Just don't shop here". OK then."

I have found the owner and his assistant to be unfailingly polite and helpful - they have a colossal range.

The store is great. My review is just of the owner as an untrustworthy salesman. After purchasing a pretty expensive HDMI cord and requesting a receipt, the owner said to me “there are no returns or exchanges on anything due to Covid 19 - because you’re taking it home”. Consumer law has not changed as far as I’m aware... I hope I was the only customer he said this to. As I said the store is great - just wasn’t impressed by this experience.
