It was a pretty good place, but in my opinion, they needed more trampolines. They only had a few small trampolines. The jungle gym was way too big for it being a TRAMPOLINE park. The arcade was too small for my liking. The arcade had too many claw machines. And sooner or later, the place got kind-of boring. You were asked to be there for an hour, but we ended up leaving with 20 or 15 minutes to spare.

I didn't come for the food. I came to wear a 9yr old out and succeeded. Staff are young and at the start of the session I saw 2 of them out showing the kids a few tricks which was nice. Staff just need to keep tables clean for the next lot of customers. Who want to purchase food and drinks. Those those ranting about the food remember its a place for kids you dont have to buy the foodEat before coming its only a few hrs.

Absolutely brilliant place! Staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. Kids were exhausted after an hour of jumping, climbing and sliding but wanted to stay forever. Heaps of seating for parents including a mezzanine for easy viewing of the kids while they jump. Lots of parking available. 100% worth the cost of admission.

A fantastic concept! Kids enjoyed the place immensely! However, in my opinion, a big downside was the expensive entrance fee and I didn’t like the idea of giving the children a 1-hr time limit (of course they charge pro rata - but it’s too expensive for parents to leave their kids there for a couple of hours). It would be better for customers if fees were a flat day rate like what other indoor Playcentres charge.

Great idea, but had no idea this existed as not advertised on street level only from the internet, so if we didn't have google maps up we'd drive straight past it.A bit dusty on the higher up play equipment.We got a large chips but chips weren't salted?Over all my kids loved it. Will have to come back again in the new year.

I attended a birthday party catered by the staff. Clean and well organized. The party was for a 6 year old and his friends. The party of kids spent the first hour on all the activities from a climbing maze to various types of trampolines. Lots of space and room to run and roam safely. the next hour all attendees sat and enjoyed a pre-ordered lunch followed by the birthday cake. The staff did all the setup and cleanup. $26 per child inclusive.

My grandkids aged 6 to 17 love gravity shack, the trampolines and playground. Plenty osmf seating for parents/family to sit and have a drink/snack. Our 6 year old also had her birthday party there, the service and pricing were fantastic, she's been a guest of several parties since and the staff are always organised and everything is set up well.

Great place to take all age of children. Great coffee. Need more healthier foods. Don't think there is a need for the arcade games as the little ones want to use them instead of playing on equipment. Then there could be more tables for families to have somewhere to eat. Don't forget their sox for next visit.

The combo of trampolines and play equipment makes this one of the best playcentres I've encountered over the years.Found the entry price a little on the pricey side but if you stay for a few hours, it's worth it.Food was vile. Chips were a terrible yellow colour and covered ( not sprinkle covered - drowned covered ) in salt. Fish bites didn't taste well cooked.
