Cottontail Nappy Service - Cloth Nappy Laundry Service

Tried to buy a service twice. In person and in the phone. No call back. Hubby says they are dodgy. Can’t use them if if I wanted to.

I have used Cottontail since my daughter was born 15 months ago and they are amazing. Apart from the obvious environmental advantages of cloth nappies my daughter has had no nappy rash issues (I still have all 4 nappy rash creams I was given when she was born). Rose and her team are reliable and friendly and the service has been a total godsend for a busy new mum! Thank you Rose.

I quite like the prints and overall design, but would never order again from cottontail nappy service. I feel it’s the company’s response to a problem which defines the business and my experience with them was pretty poor.One of my nappies had some issues with stitching coming undone after one use. It was implied that either my insert placing or washing has caused it. I was also told this wouldn't impact the usage.I asked for a refund as it was faulty and was told ‘they don’t give a refund for these items as they are under garments being used close to the skin (like underwear).’ I was told I would have to post back (at my own expense, against ACCC regulations) the nappy and they would send a replacement. As they refused to refund and I didn’t want another poorly stitched replacement I decided to deal with the dispute via PayPal instead. It was requested I would post back the used faulty nappies (at my own expense and they made me go to the post office during the peak of covid with a newborn), so I would get the refund.So save your trips to the post office, you will end up out of pocket for postage, without nappies and with quite a sour taste.

Such an amazing service. I was not going to use cloth nappies with my son because I thought it would be too difficult to keep up with washing. They have made it so easy. You just leave your dirty nappies out and they come by and swap with clean, fresh smelling nappies. I don’t even notice them swapping the nappies most of the time. They always greet you with a friendly smile, which is also a plus. Using their nappy service is such an easy way to help your environment by cutting down on disposable nappy waste at an affordable cost.

I had always planned on using cloth nappies for our children but when my friend told me about Cottontails I was over the moon! I honestly can't believe they wash, deliver and provide consumables and have been so friendly and professional.....its a no brainer to for the planet and little ones but to use them.

The team are so friendly and helpful. The service is excellent and they always go above and beyond. As a new mum I wanted to help the environment but didn’t want to deal with all the washing. Highly recommend cottontail.

I started using the cloth nappy service when bub was 2 weeks old. The delivery and pick up makes the experience seamless. The service was very flexible allowing for pauses and additional requests such as more nappies, larger inserts at no extra cost. The team gives you everything to get started, bucket wet bags ect. I would highly recommend using this service as an environmental alternative to disposables.

Love their re-useable nappies, they are such a secure fit and we find they are the most leak proof out of our collection because of the clever design. Seem to be really good quality for the price aswell.Customer service system needs abit of improvement but they do their best with the team they have and Im thankful that they helped me sort out the small issue I had with my second order. Really appreciated their kindness.

Rosemary offers a fantastic, affordable service which makes the choice to use environmental nappies an easy one. The nappies and swim nappies are made from gorgeous fabrics in bright colourful designs that we love putting onto our little girl. Each week Rosemary and her team go above and beyond to ensure that we always have the correct number of nappies that we need and happily modify the order to suit our holidays or weekends away.
