I highly recommend Amy as a massage therapist. She is genuinely interested in working out what is wrong and knows how to make things feel better. She has a great understanding of runners and their injuries and how to fix things and how different muscles interact. Amy also has a great yoga knowledge and is happy to suggest exercises and stretches to help problem areas.
