Elements Float & Spa - Penrith

Visited Elements float health spa yesterday and tried the infra red sauna and float tank. It was such a relaxing experience after a big week at the gym. The facilities are beautiful and the team are amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Visited after a strenuous couple of months and did the float. I was pleasantly surprised by how effective the float was! I cleared my mind and with it the stress. I will definitely be visiting again.

Absolutely amazing, enjoyed the float pod, infrared sauna and red light therapy. Very friendly staff who made me feel very relaxed. Cannot wait to do it all again.

Great Experience, I did the infrared Sauna, followed up by the float tank and compression massage. Just what I needed after slogging it out on the Golf Course. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be going back regularly.

I am an 80 yr old women who has lived with Chronic Osteoarthritis for over 20 years & recently Polymyalgia Rheumatica.I could hardly walk into Elements Float Spa as I was in so much pain.The young ladies at reception were very kind and helpful.I had a session in the float and after a few minutes the pain completely eased throughout my body and I was able to relax and enjoy the experience. I felt wonderful after the float. I was very happy to be free from pain as this made an amazing difference to me.I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from arthritis, back pain, neck pain etc...Pam

Loved this place. Beautiful facility. Lovely staff. We did the float therapy for 2 people. I would highly recommend it!

Unreal experience. Staff was outstanding, and services exceeded my expectations as a first time float customer. The float completely relieved muscle tension in my neck, it was amazing.

My dad suddenly passed away last week so my friend surprised me with a girls night floating session. It was absolutely amazing and took my mind off everything that I’ve been dealing with over the last week. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel right at home. I could not recommend Elements float and spa enough.
