Fraud, fake and corrupted service. Stay away from this service. Please try another person-centred service with professional customer care who will put your needs into consideration. Eve Watts was great from the start and I don’t understand how she became so selfishly inhumane and careless. In our agreement I paid for service fee for visitor visa/partner as I wanted my partner to come on visitor visa then we work towards partner visa. Eve incompetently and deliberately filled out the application form incorrectly like she is not an immigration agent, application was taking a year, until I wrote my own cover letter explaining that Eve has filled out many questions incorrectly and how she is ignoring me then I attached it to the application as advised by CSO, I also made some adjustments as many things were missing and Eve never got back me when I kept asking “if there are other documents missing. I was also unknowingly writing letters and filling forms incorrectly, she never called me to go through it with me and she submitted it like that. Then I had $8,000 saved to pay for partner visa upfront, I messaged and called her for months and months, she never responded, I ended up using the money for house stuff. She never attached the Form 956, she submitted the application without reviewing it. I even had to create my partner’s Immi account and sync everything to it and if I didn’t create the account, I was not gonna know that documents were missing and application was filled incompetently. Application was taking reaching 1year and there was no progress, i was calling Immigration and enquiring about the processing time, I started to put pressure by asking Eve to withdraw application and refund my money. After months of bugging her with emails and phone calls, she decided to write a letter and made some adjustments to the application. Before that, I was paying $50 pf for the remaining balance of service fee and money started bouncing back in my account, for months I tried reaching out to her to enquire about the service fees as I wanted to know if I have completed paying the $4,700 or not, she bluntly ignored me, her staffs were also not doing anything about it. Eventually after over calling immigration, application came back as “invalid application” in September 2022.Due to her lack of professionalism, she did not email me to inform me that my partner’s application had been assessed as “Invalid”, I emailed her many times asking “what other options do we have” never responded. if I didn’t log into Immi to submit my payslip, I wasn’t gonna know anything until this day.Ever since August last year, I have been requesting for a refund as I no longer wanted her service, owing the fact that application came back invalid and no actual proper job was done to get my partner to Australia. Cried and begged for refund for 3 straight months, Eve and her staffs showed no empathy nor I have not heard from her up to now, I opened a civil matter case to get my money back, she never responded to the court’s letter and for a broke person like me I left it like that as it was destroying me even more. I lost interest of wanting to bring my partner because I feel like I will be neglected by another agent again. All the stress gave me depression and I was on antidepressants until late February 2023, unable to work, I had to seek therapy.She used her credit card to pay for the visitor visa application, I cannot seek for refund from Immi because I need authority from Eve and only she can request for the refund, the $149 is still sitting there. I really don’t know how she sleeps at night knowing that she neglected me in the worst way possible. I will make sure I handle Eve the lawful way for all the emotional distress she caused me. Maybe she trained her staffs not to care for their customers as well because none of her staffs to be professional.
