Getting your pet put down is just the worst, but Emma was a wonderful calm, compassionate presence. Thanks for treating Tilly with such kindness.

I cannot thank Greg and Alison enough for the kind, patient and professional service they provide. When we had to make the tough decision to put 14 year old Zak to sleep due to end stage arthritis Greg talked me through the whole process, including cremation, and guided me while I was an emotional mess. On the day, Alison carried out the procedure while Zak was in his favourite bed surrounded by family. It could not have been more peaceful. The best end of life service for our best boy.

Thank you Dr Emma Whiston for the beautiful end of life care you gave Charlie.My little man fell into a peaceful sleep in my arms while eating some Lindt chocolate, surrounded by many of his and my close friends. It was a beautiful ending to a long life.Emma showed so much care and respect. An absolute professional.Thank you also to Greg, who took the time to explain the process in detail and reassure me. I'd had a traumatic experience with canine euthanasia 20 years ago, and Greg explained how different Emma's service is. He was right, it was light years difference.As hard as it was to say goodbye, I can't think of a more humane way to go, for dog or for human.

Thanks to Emma and Greg for helping us through the difficult process of saying goodbye to Oscar. We had a beautiful farewell and he went to sleep peacefully.

From the moment we first spoke with Greg, we knew we had found the right people to support our sweet girl Brunhilde (Hildy) with end of life care.Dr Emma entered our home with a gentle, calming air, enabling Hildy to be relaxed and settled. All of Hildy’s family (humans and animals) were involved in this process. Emma’s professionalism and constant explanation of her steps allowed us all to move through this experience calmly and reassured.We kept Hildy overnight which gave us closure and allowed our other pets to process her death. Greg arrived the following morning, explaining the next steps with empathy and compassion before escorting Hildy to the crematorium. As a family we have discussed how imperative this process was for Hildy to have a calm, peaceful exit, and for her family to say goodbye and grieve with minimal anxiety. Despite the heartbreaking situation, it was handled beautifully and our girl had the best send off possible.Dr Emma and Greg were/are the perfect humans for this role. I cannot speak more highly of their support with Hildy’s end of life care in our home.

Thank you so much to Greg and the truly wonderful Vet Alison for their excellent service today. Our dear cat Smudge was provided with home euthanasia for end-stage restrictive cardiomyopathy causing him to be extremely sick and suffer severe shortness of breath. Vet Alison was so kind, caring, calm and understanding. We couldn't have wanted for a better experience. Smudge passed away very peacefully in his favourite sleeping position on the bed, the window open with a warm breeze coming in. He could see the garden and hear the birds. We were able to comfort him whilst the sedation was provided and then the final injection. Thank you for your exceptional care.

A massive THANK YOU to Greg for his amazing guidance over the phone and Alison for her 'in home' visit, during one of the hardest days in our life. We were fortunate to be advised of this service via our local vet clinic, Croydon Vet, and I am so pleased we were able to experience such professionalism and compassion from the team here. We sadly had to say goodbye to my mum's old blue heeler, Raine, after losing mum 11 months earlier, so this was an extremely painful and emotional goodbye. The staff treated us with so much respect and helped us through this journey so much. What a wonderful service you provide, from the 1st call to the return of our beloved Raine from the crematorium, 110% was given with care. Seriously can't thank you all enough.

My family and I are eternally grateful to both Dr Emma and Greg for their support, kindness and professionalism when we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Poppy. For Poppy to be at home, in our arms, and for us to be given time and space to let her go is not only what she deserved, but was the kindest thing for the family. Our heartfelt appreciation.
