i hated the man that did my nails. he was so rough and made me bleed and have bruised fingernails for days. i asked for a long, french design with stars and he did not serve. the french i asked for were beige and hd gave me white because he kept saying “beige is too light for the nail”. the stars were thick and not what i asked for at all (the looked like crosses). he scratched me with his nails and was soo rough. i ended up coming back later because i couldnt help looking at how ugly they were and asked for regular french. not to mention they were half the size of what i asked for, and he kept on filing them down. the shape was off too. crooked and lumpy. never go there!!!!! (they were $90!!!)

Love getting my nails done or waxed. Staff is super friendly and does a great job. They don’t file much off the top of my nails when getting SNS done like other places I have been to which is much better.

Absolutely the worst, my nails are simply distorted. I was just there today was I not happy the guy that didmy nails. The color didn’t cover properly. NOT HAPPY !!

I had my manicure and pedicure done here. Nails were painted with normal color. Same day nail paint start chipping off. After one day, I went back to them and I was told it depends on your nail quality and other crop. I felt ripped off, not happy with the service.

Would not go here again. Rude/unfriendly service poor quality pedicure (did the absolute bare minimum pedicure wise). Would not recommend.

Came in for a Brazilian wax, Not very friendly, not informative, didn’t feel welcome, didn’t properly sanitise or change the lining on the bed, room was filthy, and the lady who waxed me didn’t even do it all properly and told me to get laser somewhere else next time! Never going back again! Avoid this place so you are not disappointed.

I wanted a design with 2 little heart on each of my hands and they claimed they should be able to make the even, the same size and neat. Each of the hearts were completely different sizes wonky , messy and were not even coloured in properly. My Friday turned out even worst. Will not be coming back

Been coming here for a long time, will not go back. Asked for sns, all uneven, there’s no shaping around the cuticles, bleeding, the sns is so uneven and thick. Still charged me full price. This is the worst my nails have ever looked and after 2 days one of my nails broke. She also put shilac over them because she mixed the colour up on the brush and tried to cover her mistake

I have worked in the beauty industry for 10 years and have never found such a fantastic salon. I have been seeing my nail technician Rochelle for a while and she is phenomenal. My nails are perfect everytime. The salon is so clean and all the ladies are so friendly and always accommodating. The price is incredible for the service you recieve. I would highly recommend to everyone. The parking is also very convenient. The best salon in the Western suburbs!!!!!!

I have been coming here for years for eyebrow waxing and am always really happy with the result. Not only that but it's super affordable and the results are always consistent.Recently I had a manicure (shellac) and pedicure and whilst I am usually hesitant to try new nail places, the results were fantastic! The ladies had such attention to detail, were friendly and I loved the extras that are part of the pedicure such as exfoliation. My hands and feet haven't looked this good in ages!
