Very slow and no difference between calling or face-to-face. The agent will call NRMA infront of you. So why borther just call them yourselfNRMA investigations upon claims take too long,my advise, get your comprehensive insurance with hire car policy and let them take their time in the investigations, wasting time's people with nonsense external and internal investigations

Rang Nrma explain I had a flat battery and told me I would need a new battery he installed a new one in my Berina and told me I it was 236 dollars to my shock horror ask did he have something cheaper and was told no as a pensioner I explain I could not afford this I went to ring a friend and he told me he could get me one for 170 dollars so when I went back to car he had taken the expensive one out and said he found a cheaper one still 201 dollar so will not be dealing with them again shame on you nrma beware pensioner
