I’ve met Anna through Employee Assistant Programs(EAP). The issue I had was not related to work but personal/family matter. From the initial phone with her to my final counselling session, Anna has been professional, kind, empathetic and non judgmental. I felt safe and empowered during the sessions. Her objectivity yet empathetic stand toward the problem has given me an opportunity to see the problem through different perspective and to eventually, overcome the problem.I have had a tough time falling asleep for over months and with some suggestions she made, worked like some kind of magic. I am not saying it will work for everyone but what I can say is that she will be the one to help you get through the tough time. I appreciate her help and highly recommend her professional service.
