Craig arrived on time and solved the beeping smoke alarm problem very quickly. He also prepared the paperwork for a quote to comply with the new fire alarm rules.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shaun Murray (Company Director) when seeking a supplier / advisor for the design of a complex off grid solar system to be installed at a City residential address. Unlike other suppliers, he insisted on charging for his up front advice, which immediately signaled to me confidence & transparency that I did not encounter with competitors. The advice that I received was precisely what I was looking for in that it was vendor independent, and salted with real world installation & support experience with multiple vendors. Having settled on a Selectronic, Fronius, & BYD Battery design in excess of $60K, the install was executed in a timeframe well beyond expectation. Shaun's on-site project lead (Scotty) was also a pleasure to deal with in every respect, showing a high degree of professionalism, skill, & detailed understanding of the complex design, perfectly complementing Shaun's system integration & software knowledge. Additionally, the numerous other Gimpel Electrics employees that I dealt with on the job proved to me the high value of the service that I received. I cannot hold Shaun and his team in higher esteem. They have done a fantastic job well ahead of schedule.

I have used Gimpel on my occasions for many electrical needs. I emailed Shaun late Thursday night with power board tripping hot water system? Cooler nights and a dislike for cold showers made this a urgent task for us.Shaun immediately replied in the morning that someone (Scott) would be around as soon as he could.Scott called before leaving his prior job allowing me time to rush home and meet him. Scott has done several jobs and we have always been very satisfied with his workmanship everytime. Scott is Punctual, Cleanliness, allows time to explain what he will be doing. I appreciate that alot as I have no idea. I find Gimpel prices comparable but the value is in the qaulity of the work. From Shaun to the office staff and Scott I cannot fault the wonderful services that Gimpel offer.

Grant and his colleague did a great job replacing my old aircon system for a new one. They were responsive to my request to move the system at the last minute, did the job cleanly and professionally and were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gympel!

I had Craig came out to replace my ceiling downlight, replace a whole ceiling fan with light attachment in my 2nd bedroom, and also solved the issue of my master bedroom's fan speed turning slow (for more than a year now) by just replacing the fan controller on the wall (i thought the whole fan had to be replaced previously)... He managed to get all these done within 2 hours. Polite and helpful. Arrived on time as well. Their pricing is also more reasonable than some of the other electrician service I had used previously.
