Drove all the way here for them to say they were closed at 8:30pm , online says they close at 10pm.Update your hours if they aren't right

Business hours not only online but on the door of Baskin-Robbins states that they close at 10pm every night, however when we went to get icecream on a Wednesday night at 7.55pm, a staff member questioned how many icecreams we were planning on getting as they were getting ready to close. Staff were incredibly rude and turned away multiple customers coming in after us.Don't bother wasting your money here.

We went to get a single scoop of ice cream in a cup, we asked kindly if the staff member could wash the scoop since we have nut allergies. The staff member just shook it around in the dirty water and never washed it properly. There are plenty of other people with nut allergies and they shouldn’t take the risk of coming here for an ice cream. I definitely don’t recommend it to people with allergies. It excludes people with allergies to enjoy a cold treat on a hot day.

Extremely poor service. Store closed with us in line at 7:57pm. We had been waiting (2 of us - we were last in line) no word of warning, let us wait around 5 minutes for service.Finished serving the people before us, employee put his head down, slung his bag and said it’s now closed whilst walking out.This place is an absolute joke, don’t waste your time.

Brought two ice creams, both the same flavours one used for a cup and then the other used was the last waffle cone they had that the lady took from the display. Was soggy and broke into bits as she gave it to us, so she had to give us a cup just to catch all the falling ice cream. Then the one in the cup whitch I had. Was ok until I got further into my ice cream and then stumbled across a little creature in my food was not impressed and brought it back and asked for a full refund that was given.

Upset and disappointed:( Showed up at 8.30 on a Tuesday and was told they were closed despite the sign on the door saying closing time is 10pm
