I was mistreated really bad by one of the workers on the 8th of April at 11pm over 4 donuts like cmon people over 4 donuts.... He insisted that I should buy the ones that I already packed in the box mind you I was wearing gloves but I wanted the different flavour donuts that were in the box. He told me I cannot open that new box of donuts till 12am but then a few minutes later he opened the box for another customer without a hesitation and gave them the donuts. I was really disappointed by this point because he gave me his words but it was all a lie. He then went ahead and told me he was calling the police on me over 4 donuts and took a video of me without my consent. All I wanted was the donuts so I could surprise my friend that had never tasted donuts before but this “Nav” guy ruined everything! He also told me that if I leave the store and come back in 5 to 10 minutes he would clean the donut stand and I would be allowed to buy my donuts soo I listened to him and left the store and sat in my car that was parked right in front the entry and watched him cleaning everything around the store except the donut stand. I went back inside to ask him if I could bye the donuts now and he replied with “I haven’t got the time to clean the donut stand so No come back at 12am if you want donuts” at this point I thought to myself this isn’t worth it anymore and left the store. What I don’t understand is how could a 25ishh year old guy could argue with a teenager over 4 donuts at 11pm at night. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve seen in my whole life and I’m really disappointed 7 eleven for hiring people like this to work for them. I would really like to speak to the manager! Staff was very rude and angry!!!!!!!!!. Especially his name is I think Satish. !!! He is very very rude, he always speak loudly!!!!!!!! I have already got coffee and coffee was so hot I got 1more cup but he almost accused me of the theft. This is terrible. Also, the most important thing I wanted to pay cup fee, he didnt want to it. How much is that I would like to pay but he fired us. This situaiton is very terrible. Is this your understanding of customer relations? Is this the way you treat every woman? Very very terrible morning !!!!!!!!!!!!

WATCH YOUR PRICE FOR FUEL .. I pumped $27.07 and somehow was charged $31.07? Exactly $4 more? Lucky I noticed the difference and got a refund .. wonder how many times that happened that day or previously?

Hot and cold food selection always the same stuff. Never seems to change at all. Other stores in the area have more variety. Hit and miss with customer service. Some are great, some are very much the opposite. Mournika barely ever smiles and would much rather play on her smartphone than serve customers. The same can be said for Blair. There's another shorter girl who is great, always smiling and ready with a friendly greeting. Most of the Indian guys are really good. The store is always clean except for the coffee machines, but I think that is more a reflection of the clientele than the workers. All in all an average experience

Such big service station, but no toilet

Attention people who drink hot coffee from here me and my wife bought a coffee after drink we get very bad sick we go to hospitaland we both been in hospital for 2 daysJust want to let everyone know if you want to buy a hot coffee be careful maybe they not washing the coffee machine for long timeNot clean

The staff are always friendly and helpful, though I'd like to suggest that the store gets at least one more coffee machine. I'm a shift worker, and find there is nearly always a line up for coffee, even at 5am! The Coffee tastes great, and as it's so cheap, it's very popular. Hopefully this is something you can look into, because most people there so early in the morning are needing to get to work.

Well placed location that is easy to get in and out of. The petrol pump prices are usually competitive with other pricing in the area.The smoothie machine seems to be overworked from dispensing too many delicious drinks. Sometimes it gives off some whirs and clicks that make it sound like it's going to explode. Much of my frappe seems to get left on the mixer. But the drink is reasonably priced so I don't mind that much.It's a shame that the car wash is no longer a thing. Store policy also prevents the use of the toilets onsite to members of the public.
