Seriously my favourite brow place in Sydney. All the ladies are very lovely and skilled. Thank you Sanjhana for doing my brows this evening, loved the shape!!!

I have been going to Jeevi at Chatswood for a while now and every single time I am so thrilled with my eyebrows. The look amazing and last for so long. I always get compliments about my eyebrows !!

I had an eyelash lift & tint with Namandeep a few weeks ago & was blown away with the end result!Not only was she knowledgeable & meticulous in her service she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable during the process! I went back to have my eyebrows laminated & again experienced 10/10 service by the beautiful Namandeep!The quality of their products & simple after care ensure the treatments last! Very happy customer & 100% recommend visiting the studio in Chatswood!

I have going to the store in Chatswood Westfield for some time now. I am very happy with the services that they provide…the ladies there are friendly and professional especially Sajana, her skills are amazing. Every time I get my eyebrows tinted or eyelash lift done by her, I always never fail to receive compliments about how good they look!! Highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to get threading, tinting or eyelash lift/curl done!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed because I have an event to attend to this weekend. I walked out with both of my eyelids skin peeled off. The manager was apologetic of the situation but the lady who did my brows was reasoning that she only did such and such. All I can say is I came with all of my skin intact and came out with skin peeled off so it’s bit obvious that she did something wrong and should just apologise. Now I have to look stupid instead of looking nice this weekend! And I just noticed… my brows are so uneven! This is the worst!!!

I’ve been coming to see Namandeep for my threading for a very long time now and every time I come in she is so friendly and always does my eyebrows exactly how I like them!!! Could not recommend her more!!

Eyebrow waxing was not up to standard and expensive. The beautician put wax over my eyelid and when I asked her not to do it on the other side she insisted on just doing a little bit. I have never had this at any other salon and feel it is completely unnecessary and dangerous. Also, the whole process took longer than I have experienced before but didn't include any touch ups with tweezers or scissors etc. Which is usually included and has left me with eyebrows that still need tidying up.

Worse place ever. They ruined my eyebrows completely. Completely unprofessional. They charge like good quality places but they don’t know how to do their job. I went their twice the first the result was ok but they told me different prices before the service them charged me double. Still don’t know why. The second Time was a disaster. Their was someone new who done my eye brows. First I asked for brunette or natural black she insisted on doing dark brown. My hair is dark black and dark brown doesn’t suit my skin or even match with my Hair but she doesn’t know how to get this colour so instead did brown. I asked her to check with the other girl who did my eyebrows ho to get the colour as it’s not my job she should know how to get this colour. She said she left. Then prepared the colour and said don’t worry it will be ok and put the colour on my eye brows. As she removed the tan after 10 m my brows were not even dark brown they were light. I told this not the colour I wanted and showed the first photo I showed her and keep arguing that it’s dark. I spoke nice because she could be new I didn’t want her to panic. later she applied another colour which gave me a darker shade but it was extremely dark. I was fine with the second coir but extreme upset that she didn’t listen to me the first time. The second problem was my eye brows hair was extremely curled which looks like burned and in healthy. Even when I wash it it’s still very curly and very different to the first time I did it with them. I think she put more than she should be for my eyebrows. If you are bringing people who are not experienced why are you charging that much. I paid around 120 for this and made my eyebrows look bad. The only thing that was good was Eye brow threading. I will never go back again.
