Bought a sofa in 2020. After months and months of delay, a broken set was provided. After > 2 years of contacting, I am still told my replacement is still in transit !!!And definitely, not an Italian leather quality sofa as advertised, just some cheap material that gets faded after a year, I decided to throw it away rather than waiting for a replacement of a broken partUnfortunately, there were not many reviews at the time i bought it. If you still use this company in 2023 after all the negative reviews here, you deserve it

Ordered a sofa in Dec and I was advised 12 to 14 weeks to deliver it. Been following up several times and failed to get a proper response on the status of the order. Review is purely based on service levels and service responses as I have not seen product yet. While ordering , I was promised to receive the QC photos of the sofa which the team has not been able secure and share with me even after 22 weeks.

I bought a recliner from this company. The electric motor failed after 3 months. I contacted them for repair or replacement starting from 2022 March and until now (2023 Apr) the issue hasn’t been taken care. I am taking a further legal action.

Stay away if you are a new customer and file a legal complaint if you have been promised things they never intended to deliver.Desired living owners need to be legally prosecuted for duping customers. We need more and more numbers of official complaints against them so that they just don’t continue fooling customers.

Ordered and paid for lounge and quoted up to 12 weeks for delivery. Now at 5 months and still nothing. Each time you ring, you are told a different story as to why they cannot deliver or why you cannot pick up the item.

We are still waiting for our sofa from January despite promising us it will be delivered in April. Now they claim they have no idea where the sofa is and refuse to refund us our money back. Please I beg you don't be encouraged by the cheap price because its a sham and you won't end up getting your sofa at all. Avoid avoid avoid if you have a half a brain dealing with these guys.

Go check them out in store if you can, gives you a good idea of colour range. I have a few of them now, waited 6months before reviewing, but they’ve lasted well so far. I know they aren’t high end, but they are super bang for your buck. People who visit my place always comment about them and only know they are cheap because I tell them.

Worst customer service. Ordered sofa in June 2022, I was told it will take 13 weeks. After numerous calls it arrived in Nov 2022 that too with all sofa armrest being defective. Had to chase with so many representatives to even acknowledge that it was defective. Finally I was told in Dec 2022 that they will replace my sofa in 13 weeks. It is end of Mar 2023 now and nobody provides an update on when will it get replaced.Save your money and do not buy from this store. It is a sham. No customer service at all.

Bought a 3 seater in January. It's been 5 months still no delivery. They keep promising a call back but they don't. Reporting to ACCC as its a pure scam business
