I started my journey with Viva Life Pilates back in February & haven’t looked back. Every instructor is amazing & they all accommodate in their own way to give you a better version of yourself. They are friendly & beautiful people. They are with you all the way. I love the space & serenity provided & have enjoyed meeting new people along the way. Pilates is for everyone, give it a try. You won’t regret it ❤️

When you love something you want and look forward to going and that’s what Reformer Pilates has done for me.I love all the different types of people that attend classes they are of all sorts of ages, shapes and sizes, I’ve never felt embarrassed nor uncomfortable. I love all viva life pilate instructors! They are all unique and teach differently so you get a wide variety of movement in every class. Each instructor provides a different experience but they all provide care and kindness for your well being.I am so grateful for Viva Life Pilates Yarrambat it’s change my life in an amazing way

Karen is an amazing Pilates instructor. We used jump boards to target different muscles stretches and challenge endurance. What a beautiful studio with heaps of natural sunlight and stunning garden views. So impressed!

Viva Life Pilates Yarrambat
Having never done reformer pilates before, I was quite nervous about starting, particularly as I had a severe ankle injury a few years back, that still causes me grief. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about! I absolutely love attending my classes. The instructors are always checking in to offer alternative moves if my ankle doesn't allow me to do what everyone else is doing. They are so thoughtful and caring to everyone's needs. I especially love that EVERY class is so different to the previous one. I'm learning new techniques every class I attend. I highly recommend you give it a go!

First time ever doing reformer and can honestly say, Karen, Ellie and team are incredible! Never have I once felt unsure or embarrassed. They cater for all fitness levels, injuries and handicaps. I've loved Viva Yarrambat from the second I walk through the door on opening day. The views are stunning, super relaxing! And the space is inviting and spacious. Every instructor is so welcoming, kind and encouraging. They have variations for all levels, they know who you are and provide suggestions for those who have any niggles. They are just all round good, vibrant people.You won't look back once you start your journey here ♡
