The whole team have been fantastic to deal with right from the get go.My issue was a broken heater unit in my Ford Territory, it's a well established issue (broken HIM) that the team have great experience with. Throughout confirming and then quickly resolving the issue (an extensive process, requiring the dash to be removed entirely to access the broken part) the communication has been friendly, informative and transparent.I've just driven the car home with a nice toasty heater and the dash reinstalled perfectly!I will certainly use The Battery Terminal again and very happily recommend them!

Had some major car Air Con repairs to be done and these guys were recommended by a friend. Work was done as promised but had an ongoing issue with radiator leakage which they were happy to help sort out, even to the extent of coming out home after hours. After sales service was exceptional.Had another issue a few weeks ago and these guys stepped up to the mark again. At very short notice they arranged an urgent repair and had me back on the road very quickly. Thanks again Steve and Mark.

My go to location for all motor needs and problems. Outstanding customer service all across the board. Knowing nothing about cars I can’t count the amount of times I’ve been saved by the services at the Battery Terminal. Overall an extremely high quality of service that in my opinion is the best priced within the Canberra region.

Steve and team do a fantastic job. I've had a number of things done on my 4x4, such as correcting dual battery system issue, light bar install, headlight and daytime running light upgrades. Great service and never had a problem. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my Car's power window, the switch would respond with a click sound but the window wouldn't go down. It was obvious that the motor was at fault; I was told to come 2 weeks later. Charged me $100 to tell me it was the motor (which was obvious) and quoted $400 (including labour) for the repair and gave me another appointment 2 weeks later. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience even though a lot of people recommended going to them. Ended up doing the work elsewhere for half the quoted price.

Really happy with the service BY Steve and his team at the battery terminal, he serviced the aircon in my Subaru for $350 (standard price at the moment) and sorted out a few other issues during the process.His communication throughout the whole process was 10/10 and they're open till after hours so easy to pickup the car after work.Definitely recommend Steve and the team at the battery terminal.
