I don't normally rate businesses but I want to share my experience with Surfers Paradise Storage. I have been storing with SPS for the past 6 months and have found them to be extremely helpful, their location is convenient with 24hr access available. The office staff have been very knowledgeable and have assisted me through a very difficult time. I can highly recommend this Storage facility. Very pleasant experience dealing with them.

This is the 2nd time I have rented space from Surfers Paradise Self Storage. The owners are amazing, really helpful in helping me choose the right unit for my storage needs. The storage unit is super clean and secure. Really great service and very accommodating owners. Highly recommend.

I would love to thank the people at Surfers Paradise Storage for make my move a lot less stressful. They have it all they had storage sheds to meet our needs and I was happy to find out they can supply boxes, bubble wrap and tape with dispenses. It was handy to have all this in a one spot to save a lot of time. I also found Sandy and Bernie to be extremely helpful and answer all our questions.

We’ve used surfers paradise storage several times and wouldn’t use anyone else.We urgently required storage due to moving and they were able to accomodate us at very short notice. Rates are very reasonable, easy access and friendly staff

Sandy and Bernie were amazing! They are genuine, good people and were extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating when we had to move after being in the same home for 40+ years. They couldn’t do enough for us!The storage sheds were clean and easy to access. We felt comfortable knowing all our belongings were safe, especially with someone living onsite.Thank you Bernie and Sandy! All the very best to you both.

I can't praise the owners enough for their assistance and understanding during my unexpectedly long rental due to the Covid crisis. Being treated like a real person instead of just an account number is something the big guys just don't do, but Surfer Paradise Self Storage were understanding and supportive from when I moved in till the time I moved out. If word of mouth is the best advertising, then I say forget the big guy and go with Surfers Paradise Self Storage. Thanks guys :)
