I’m very happy with the hammock and timber frame. It’s very comfortable and looks great. I definitely recommend them. Postage was really fast.

After initial problems with tracking and dispatching, now realise it was the Delivery Company that was the problem!My apologies, you did dispatch the Hammock and it arrived today and were able to give it to our grand daughter as a belated birthday present.A bit more communication in the early stage would have been great, but you did deliver and I am so annoyed that tracking from the Delivery Company was non-existent with them telling me twice that they had not have the parcel, which I now realise was wrong!!Thank you for dispatching as you said you had.Rosie T

3+ weeks and order not arrived. Store is uncontactable amd doesnt respond to emails. Looking on the Shop app, appears many other people with the same issue this year.

I placed an order 10 days ago. they charged my account and never sent the item or replied to any of my emails 3 in total. There is only a voice message that emails will be repiled to in 48hours. Sounds like a scam. Save your money and don't shop here
