I upgraded my mid 2012 MacBook Pro. I installed a SSD and upgraded the RAM to maximum. I'm sure it runs better than when it was new. Great click and collect service. Technicians are extremely helpful and happy to guide through the installation process. Thanks to Keith for expert advice.I had a problem with an Acer Aspire notebook. Dual book system had become corrupted with no access to the hard drive. James provided software to guide me through the recovery process. The notebook is working perfectly with an updated OS.

Went in to get my fully functioning computer upgraded and after the upgrade it no longer worked but company claimed it wasn't working when it was brought in! If that's the case why didn't they say anything before they touched it and why would I upgrade it ?!Very dishonest as they didn't say anything until I wanted to test it before I took the computer home. Came in with a computer and left with a dead weight. Upgradeable not interested in resolving situation and I have lost lots of money.I used Upgradeable because there are many positive reviews but it's when things don't turn out right that demonstrates how good a company is. What's worse in this situation is it was Upgradeable that broke my computer but don't take ownership of it and no compensation!

Great service and order processing! I ordered 16GB of RAM for an older Toshiba Satellite on Monday, 3 January and it arrived via express post on Thursday, 6 January. They also included installation instructions. Took me only 10 minutes to install the RAM myself, and I am off and running with a faster laptop!

Ordered an extra 4GB DIMM on Friday afternoon and it arrived on Tuesday. Excellent turnaorund given most orders from companies these days take weeks to arrive. My PC, bought in 2012, is back to its old speedy self. Thanks team, great service.

Great Customer Support. An SSD module I purchased from them almost 2 years ago failed recently. Their website clearly lists their phone number, which they answered immediately. Spoke to a very helpful guy who told me to send in the faulty module in and they would replace it under warranty, which they did straight away.

I ordered an SSD module which they weren't able to locate in their stock, so they provided me with a larger module for the same price instead. This is exceptional customer service. It was also obvious from speaking to them that they are very knowledgeable with the product area (M.2 form factors). Good experience and highly recommended for RAM and storage needs!
