Ask for Kyah! I've been going to Be waxed and Tanned for years and was lucky enough to have an appointment with Kyah 7 months ago, I won't go to anyone since. She's great! Very kind, authentic and funny. She did exactly what I wanted with my brows (they look great) and was very quick with the rest of my waxing. Her tans are also amazing. Highly recommend!

Kyah has done my brows and lashes for years now. She is the only person I let touch my eyebrows. Overtime she has helped me achieve the shape and look that I want by giving me advice and working her magic over the years.Aside from being a brow queen, shes an all round legend and great chat every time.

I’ve been in the Byron salon a few times now for body waxing and every time I had a great experience. They are always on time, super arranging, reaaaally nice and kind and SO efficient ! I’ve been using be waxed and tan for 8 years now. I’ve been with the owner change over and the change over of different girls and staff over the years. Never once have I been disappointed. For the last 2 years I’ve been getting tanned, brows, lashes and laser with Max. I will literally follow her to the ends of the earth. She’s by far the best not only with skill and care, but she’s professional and compassionate. I fully support Be Waxed Byron and Ballina. It’s sadness me to read that someone had had a bad experience, as I’ve never been let down once. Xx

The eyebrow waxing was horrible, they burnt all around my eyes. When it came to a tint I asked for light brown and walked out with blue black and a horrible wax that was half done . Highly recommend not going to this salon.

Had a booking for a spray tan .. was 9 minutes late due to traffic into byron and no available parks. Arrived and they said I was half an hour late - they had my booking in for 15 minutes earlier. I showed them my confirmation email with the correct time. And they said well your late anyway we can’t spray you today. I could understand that if they’re busy as I was late, however if I was in the system at a different time to that which I actually had how would they have solved that? they then said they could spray Me tomorrow but I’d loose my $19 deposit and have to pay in full again. ! ..No thanks! Zero flexibility will not use again or recommend here!

Being a new customer to Be Waxed and Tanned in Byron Bay, I am really happy to say that the service I received was excellent.I needed to have my eyebrows and legs waxed and was a little bit nervous, but Kyah made me feel very relaxed.I found Kyah to be very professional and really easy to talk too and am happy to say that I am now a regular.

The most horrible bikini waxing for me. The woman was speed after 15min late for my appointment. Not specialty friendly, and I’ve got a little bit of blood in my lips because she did half legs, underarms and bikini in 25min. So not delicate, I know is not a good moment to have, but I never have pain like that. Never coming again.

Had a great experience with Jazz in the Byron Bay location. Punctual, efficient, great personality and knows what she is doing when it comes to waxing. I have been waxed around the world and she is the best!
