Very unprofessional realtor. Sold a home (previous long term rental through design) to a 90 year old widow with no security on the back door at all in Gracemere. Downsized due to personal reasons (multiple deaths in the family) and PRE-SETTLEMENT INSPECTION wasn’t an option due to being 700 klms away. Taylor said, (She has the money, My nan can spend the 3k on repairs instead of putting it towards her care in alignment with pops wishes. Took Taylor 14 days to come around to put the SOLD sticker out the front of the property that was paid for outright. Taylor didn’t ask for my grandmother to be included in the milestone photo. It was at that point we asked her about the black mould and water damage in the laundry. She put the onus back on the building & pest inspector. Taylor didn’t even inform the tenants that the inspector was coming over, Access was an issue and the laundry was blocked off. Taylor did a FaceTime inspection and said that’s all she was required to do. Keep in mind she didn’t test any lights or check the security of the doors.AVOID SAVE YOURSELF ANY UNFORESEEN PROBLEMS.They took advantage of a 90 year old woman, Said that the carpet cleaners were there on Thursday the sixth of April so an EXIT INSPECTION couldn’t be done.We set our expectations, That we needed a safe clean home that’s fully fenced. And because we couldn’t do a pre settlement inspection they took a 90 year old woman for a ride. All women in the office, And the principal is also a carer for a woman who is also over 85. Very distasteful.
