Awesome place! John is very knowledgeable and constantly shares his tips to make you the best you can be. I would highly recommend him to anyone out there who wants to be their best, anyone who is recovering from or prone to injuries and also to those looking to become up and coming athletes! Been with these guys for 5+ years both in Melbounre and also online programming. I had one on one coaching with John and not only did he help me get physically stronger also mentally stronger. Chris is now doing my programs and I’m getting stronger in season. Povey performance is more then a gym. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.
