I would highly recommend this service. Richard provides accurate and full infotainment. He entertains with background advice and informs on all aspects of the weigh. If there are issues he's got suggestions and he's got the time to allow you to put them in place and re-weigh. Weight awareness in the caravan community needs to improve and service like this is an invaluable contribution to safe motoring for all.

Richard did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, fully explained what we would do and most importantly why. Included explanations as we went along and made sure I understood the regulations both in general and how they related to my situation. Was able to use real examples of why we do the weighing and what happens when things go astray. Once weighing was completed, Richard thoroughly reviewed the results with me, what I then needed to do and strategies I could consider when on the road to ensure I remained legal and safe. I was especially impressed with the fact that Richard's focus was equally the legality, my safety and how I could enhance my towing experience.
