I participated in the Igniting Leadership Program. The program was run virtually but thought the facilitator did a great job in keeping everyone engaged throughout five day program (which runs over four weeks). The guest speakers we're honest, transparent and genuine, and the course content was interesting and applicable.

I was a participant in the Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2016. To say it was life changing would be an understatement. No single bit of education or course" has left me with the same impact that Williamson did. From the eye opening experiences to the almost re-education of my predetermined biases it opened up a whole new world of thinking. The best part was the people I met who have remained friends and a very important group which are still very active in my life. I'm very grateful to have been put on to LV and specifically WCLP and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to take their leadership and understanding of the world to the next level."

I did a community leadership with this organisation, which claims aiming to promote multicultural aspect of the country. The course was so low quality for the people in the course and apart from a good start they were wasting the time of the audiences lots of them community leaders themselves or really successful and educated with teaching them some of the basic things like the importance being honest or how to look for work! Which to me it is a big sign of how course designers look to the migrants at the back of their mind! They think they themselves are senior and all the others don't know understand anything and they have the right to waste our tax money and time with their silly courses. Also, Philosophically, I couldn't find any sign these guys have any idea of universal morals and values, or truly respecting what different cultures think of what is good for their life and helping them to incorporate those versions into Australian society, but I think they have a white western agenda something more polished but not really different with awful white policies we had in this country. Just few example, talking in the way like all the non white people not having any respect for women, and assumedly the only right way of respect is their own way, organising mixed dancing workshops without letting Muslim participants know as it can be quite annoying and insulting for them, or forgetting about their fasting time or praying. The most stupid thing, they have designed a course about diversity, and the audiences are only people of colour, whereas if the real purpose is creating mutual understanding and new ways in the society, the audiences should have been both from white and non white people to prepare the ground for mutual understanding and creativity. Another silly things is all the teachers and facilitators are white, and all people who are guest speakers or presented as successful cases are people of colour that following what they white teacher think about leadership or attitude in the society as a success story and there is no different voice. These guys is one other example of the awful thing we have here: White people think they have right to tell others how to be and not to be! And the whole course is a big manipulation thing!
