Since u got my phone repaired my phones battery’s been draining 2x quicker with no explanation

When I went to fix the screen, the shop assistant Kanzan didn't ask me if the refurbished screen was replaced by the refurbished screen or if the refurbished screen was sold.He just told me the price and switched.Meanwhile, my friend tried to deceive me by lying twice when he told me his screen had not been refurbished.I'm asking for a refund, and they should have knowingly cheated customers.First of all, Eastland, as a regular large shopping mall, does not allow such stores to deceive consumers, so it should conduct periodic review when they enter. Secondly, I found that more than one of my customers was cheated by this store on Google's comments, so I think it is necessary for the shopping mall to review and give us consumers a reply.Finally, I come to Eastland because I believe it is a big shopping mall. If the shopping mall cannot help me, I will complain to ACCC.

Return policy sucks! Bought an iPhone case as a gift but was the wrong size, kept the receipt and paid cash and they refused a refund, very rude customer service

Very bad service. Don't be fooled by the discounts they're willing to give. When the screen repair begins to glitch a month in, they will tell you the warranty is only 1 week and not 3 months. They will guilt trip you by saying they are a small business and can't provide a refund. Go to the one upstairs instead

This place was recommended to me by my sister who got her phone’s screen replaced there.I took my phone in for a battery replacement and tempered glass screen protector replacement.They were very quick and efficient so I didn’t have to wait long at all. The guy working there handled the screen protector application perfectly.Very friendly staff and fair prices. Would recommend.

DO NOT USE THESE DODGY PHONE REPAIR" PEOPLE! Had a screen replaced on a perfectly functioning iphone last week and when I picked it up an hour later it was unusable. Was given multiple excuses...from there's a software issue

Absolute con artists. Avoid at all costs!Bought a phone case that was only a month old and already showing signs of fault. Went back to this store to PURCHASE another case today, but the lady told us that if we could provide proof of purchase she would just replace it. Awesome! We asked her what the business name is on transactions so that we could search for it faster. She said “Phone Xperts Ringwood”So we showed the bank transaction that very clearly says “Phone Xperts Ringwood” only to be told “Oh no, that’s not us. You must be confused. You bought it somewhere else.” Huh?She then proceeded to show us the same case but in a matte version and state that because they’re different we must have bought it elsewhere.Now, as I said, we were originally happy to just pay for a replacement case but after this rude woman talking down to us saying “there’s so many phone stores. You can’t prove that’s here.” And disputing the transaction all together, we gave up and left without.I should add we also purchased a phone car mount from them less than 6 months ago that has also now broken as it can’t even handle the weight of an iPhone 11.Products are poor quality.Service is worse quality.I’ll take my business elsewhere!

The worst company. The indian girl who claiming as manager is very arrogantly speaks to customers.Once they ruined my phone cover when they trying to install a screen protector, and second time they couldn't install the protector without having air pockets. The male employee who installed the protector, said he will do something about it to make sure the protector was properly stuck to the phone without air pockets, and asked me to bring it on a different day to add glue and have it fastened down properly as it was not. But the idea the male employee told me was denied by the manager and tried to blame me as the customer rather accepting their fault or misunderstanding by jumping to conclusions. On that occasion she was so arrogant, and have never witnessed an employee act and spoke the way she did to me especially as the so called manager. This is the worst phone tech repair company anyone can imagine to go to in seek for help. This is a very dodgy company so beware is wanting help. Do not think of buying anything from them as their prices are also boosted. This is not a professional company as they lack a sense of customer respect with having good standards.

After purchasing a phone cover 6 weeks ago with the plastic paint peeling off , i expected some sympathy and owning up to the product that was sold . After 6 weeks I did not have the receipt and did not expect a refund. All i expected was you to own up to the poor quality that you had sold and perhaps a small discount for a better quality cover .However I only got screams by the indian lady… learn some customer service and respect your customers.
